She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Schwartz and Esther Schwartz (Yanku); her sisters, Janet Sternbach and Myra Jerozal; her stepchildren, Mark, Joanne and Cynthia Hurtig; her husband Henry Hurtig; her daughter Julia Hurtig; and her stepdaughter Annette Hurtig.
