She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Don; her children, Anne and John (Diana); her grandchildren, Katie and Maddy; her sisters, Irene and Lois; her parents, Charlie and Mae; and her pet Sailor.

Donations in honour of Donna would be most appreciated to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Queensway Carleton Hospital, where she was a long-time employee, and where she received great care during her last months.
