In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Donata Marie leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Donata Marie may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jim Ewanovich; her children, Adam and Alexis; her son-in-law George; and her grandchildren, Olivia, Henrik and Vivian.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C3H1). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 3:45 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in memory of Donata to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Arthritis Society would be deeply appreciated by the family.
