It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Pitfield (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on September 1, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her spouse Robert Hartland Pitfield; her children, Robert Hartland Pitfield, Laura Weldon Pitfield Worsley, Jaime Weldon Pitfield and Rosemary Grace Pitfield; her mother Pete; her grandchildren, Jordan Kariappa and Kirstin Kariappa; and also Montreal.
