We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2024, Derek Yu (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sui Wan and Mi Fong. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sons, Tim (Gloria) and Chris; and his brother Fok Wai.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made in Derek's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, The Ottawa Hospital, or The Ottawa Chinese Alliance Church.
