Denis Munro Obituary
The memory of Denis Munro (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on April 8, 2025 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Munro and Helene Bilodeau (Blanche); his son Kirk; and his brothers, Brian and Bill.
He is survived by: his sibling Parry; his wife Blanche; his daughter Jenna; his son-in-law Steve Jenkins; his grandchildren, Kennedy and Harrison Jenkins; his close friend Doris Erwin; his siblings, Barry (Judy), Gary, Perry Munro (Kris) and Darlene Gregory (Ken); and his sister-in-law Karen Munro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9). A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
