He was predeceased by: his parents, Delphis Tessier and Violet Tessier; and his siblings, Denise St-Jean (Ed) and Roger (Claire). He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, David and Nicole (Erik Dumont); and his sister Lee Bertrand (Gerald).

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C3H2).
