Denis Constantineau Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denis Constantineau (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 8, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Constantineau and Thérésa; and his siblings, Diane and Yves. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Rick, Mark, Sarah and Sean; his stepmother Claudette; and his sisters, Lynn, Sylvie and Mona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation.
