He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric and Dorothy; and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his wife Marie Louise; his daughter Erica Armstrong; his siblings, Eric (Barbara), Myles (Gisèle), Louise and Carl; and his golfing buddies, Barney, Leonard and Sam.
