It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Theobald (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Hackney, London, who passed away on September 10, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Theobald; his children, Eoin (Emily), Keith (Janet), Lewis (Kelly) and Hester (Ian); and his siblings, Reginald, Christine and Sylvia.
