He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perry and Sarah Perry. He is survived by: his sons, Evan of Ottawa and Aaron of Ottawa; his siblings, Sandra Nethercott (James) of Dorchester, Susan Valdron (Joe) of Oshawa and Robert Perry (Alisa Hanrahan) of Ottawa; his nephew Mike; and his niece Vicky Valdron of Oshawa. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated by his family.
