He was predeceased by: his parents, Clare Muir and Grace Muir; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Penny Muir; his children, Robert (Rosalind), Heather (Kurt), Laura (Kevin) and Sandra (Andrew); his grandchildren, Daniel (Michelle), Denya, Spencer, Adam, Brock, Claire, Jane and Anna; his siblings, Sue (Vic) and Peter (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Yvonne.
