He is survived by: his wife Adeline Gingras; his children, Ann Christine Contant, David Contant Jr., Nicole Contant, Benoit Contant, Carolyne Contant and Raymond Contant; and his sister Marie Ferriss. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
