It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David H. Welch (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on August 29, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of David H. Welch to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rudyard Welch and Hélène Bernadette Bleasdell; and his sister Edith Elaine Welch. He is survived by: his wife Gabriela Lopez; his daughter Gabrielle Maria Welch; his sister Claire Baker; and his pet Josephine. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, friends.
