He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth (Betty) and Victor; and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his daughters, Jill and Louise; his brother Tom; his grandchildren, Stefano, Sofia, Jameson and Joshua; his sons-in-law, Marco and Jonathan; and also, Ann and Rosie. He is also survived by his parents, brothers, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated in David's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
