He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Waugh and Isabelle Waugh (Susan). He is survived by: his siblings, Lauxie Woods (Steve), Carl (Christine) and Marc; his nephew Brock (Anna); his niece Christie (Johnny Cram); and his close friends, Barry Dunlop and Gary Dunlop.
