He is survived by: his parents, Ed Fortman and Lorraine Gallant; his brothers, Dominick, Dante and Horatio; his grandparents, Robert Fortman, Debra McIntosh Hameluck, Chris Hameluck and Henry Gallant; and his great-grandparent Gloria Greer. He is also survived by his aunties, uncles and cousins.
