Dalton Read Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dalton Read (Ottawa, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 17, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Read (Kay) and Howard Read. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his sons, Steve (Carrie), Kevin (Elaine) and Mike (Jodelle); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Megan, Liam, Emma, Vanessa, Thomas and Ashlyn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Tubman Funeral Homes - Garden Chapel (3440 Richmond Rd, Nepean, ON K2H8H7). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dalton's memory to a charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated.
