It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dalt J. McIntyre (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on June 12, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dalt J. McIntyre to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Greg and Edward. He is survived by: his children, Lianne (Patrick Smyth) and Ross (Marian); his wife Edith; his grandchildren, Grant (Patricia), Brian (Gail), Mark, Michelle (Adrian), Cody, Shannon, Lianne (Patrick Smyth) and Ross (Marian); his brothers, Lorne, Ken (Marie Agnes), Bob (Ines), David and Bill; his sisters-in-law, Marian and Janet; his siblings, Debbie, Dorothy, AnneMarie, Rosemarie, Denise, Marilyn, Elaine, Armand, Raymond, Paul and George; his children, Andrew, Jamie (Patricia), Brian (Gail), Kyle, Corey, Kurtis, Mark, Michelle (Adrian), Cody and Shannon; and his grandchildren, Adaina, Caitlin, Meghan, Liam, Ariel, Olivia and Matthew. He is also survived by his 67 nieces and nephews.

Due to the current Covid pandemic, the wake will be restricted to immediate family, however there will be a virtual service at the funeral home, Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, on Friday, June 19 at 2:00PM.
