He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Colter and Margaret Colter; and his brother Barry (Lorraine). He is survived by: his wife Edith; his children, Shelley, Marcey (David), Sandy (Todd) and Dean (Marnie); his grandchildren, Brittany, Meghan, Angie, Owen, Cameron and Liam; and his cousin Ruth Waters. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews.
