We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2023, at the age of 94, Cyril Smiley (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Iris; his siblings, William, Marion Bretzlaff and Donald; and his parents, Kenneth and Iris.

He is survived by: his daughter Penelope "Penny" (Bill Cormack); and his sister Ann Smiley of Calgary. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and In-laws.
