Colleen Pohran Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Colleen Pohran of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on September 19, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas Pohran; her sister Doreen Coupland of St. Catharines; and her parents, George Sadler and Bertha Sadler. She is survived by: her children, Sonya Watson (James) of Winnipeg, John Pohran (Cynthia) of Ottawa, Alexandra Dawkins (Russell) of Victoria, Margaret Khomenko of Hamilton, Christopher Pohran (Abbey) of Calgary and Donna Pohran (Jon Cecilli) of Fonthill; her grandchildren, Kevin, Andrew, Gene, Kathryn, Nigel, Nadya, Jason, Klim, Simon, Alannah and Kelley; her great grandchildren, Landon, Taya and Lana; and her brother Bill Sadler of Connecticut.

On Saturday September 19, 2020 at the Lookout Ridge Retirement Community, Fonthill in her 96th year, after a 6-month non-covid illness.

The family is requesting that any memorial donations in lieu of flowers for Colleen be made online to "The Niagara Symphony Orchestra Musicians Fund".
