She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Bélanger and Gilberte Lafortune; her husband Pierre Mousseau; and her brothers, Hector Bélanger and Lucien Bélanger.

She is survived by: her sons, Rick Mousseau, Mitch Mousseau (Kim Emmett) and Marc Mousseau (Christina Lauzon); her granddaughters, Catherine Wapachee, Jessica Emmett and Melissa Emmett; her great grandchildren, Youdin Wapachee, Sukajune Wapachee, Karsyn Emmett and Landon Emmett; and her sister Thérèse (Bélanger) Paquette (Ron Paquette). She is also survived by her many cousins, nephews, nieces, lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that a memorial donation be made in Claudette's name to Lung Cancer Canada, the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, Conférence Trinité, or a charitable cause of your choice.
