He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugène F. Marchand and Alice Prendergast; and his brothers, Eugène (Hélène) and François (Doris). He is survived by: his sister Henriette (Jacques); his wife Pauline; his children, Monique, Jacques (Gail), Robert (Elaine) and Paule (André); his grandchildren, Michael (Skye), Nicole (John), Simone (David), Éric, Céline, Michèle (Matthew), Isabelle, Anne-Marie, Catherine and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Gio and Michaela.
