He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Peaker and Ruth Jamieson Peaker; and his grandmother Harriet Chapman Peaker. He is survived by: his brother Timothy Peaker; and his friend Annette Leung.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages anyone who wishes to honour the memory of Chris to do so by making a memorial donation to the Royal Ottawa Foundation (geriatric or mood disorder divisions) or to Ottawa Salus.
