He is survived by: his sister Deborah Axworthy; his niece Sophie Dean; his nephew Calvin Dean; his sister Janet White; his nephew James White; and his stepdaughter Myfanwy Van Vliet.

“i would like to send my deepest sympathy to the Axworthy family . i did my work ed for him at his saskatoon rosetown biggar office .i learned alot from him .about how to help people with problems with the government services. he got me interested in elections ..i am grateful to have known Chris he inspired me to help people .to volunteer and to be involved in the community .i am grateful of him help my grandfather who was a ww2 vet get some benefits from veterans affairs. rest in peace chris”
