We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2021, at the age of 76, Cheryl Poulin of Ottawa, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Nairn and Ruby Nairn; and her sibling Gayle Proulx. She is survived by: her siblings, Lynda Cain, John Nairn and Jim Nairn; her daughter Carrie Gravel (Roland); and her grandchildren, Philippe, Patrick and Poulin.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, only immediate family will be present to say their final good byes.

Cheryl always gave to others before giving to herself, so her wishes are that in lieu of flowers, please donate to the Ottawa Food Bank in order to help as many people as she did.
