She was predeceased by: her husband Owen; and her daughter Elizabeth (David Fagan). She is survived by: her children, Michael (Patty), Brenda (Terry Brennan), Sean (Tammy) and Geraldine (Dan Green). She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Care Ottawa-Ruddy Shenkman Hospice in Cecilia's name would be greatly appreciated.
