It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cécile Méthot (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Racicot and Léa Leduc; her daughter France (Marc Garneau); and her husband Jean-Louis. She is survived by: her children, Dan (late Gerlinde Bernhardt), Danielle (Denis Gingras) and Martin (Robert Ryan); her grandchildren, Allie, Sean, Kevin, Dominique and Jean-Philippe; her son-in-law Robert; and her cousin Madeleine.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stonemont (1068 Cummings Ave, Ottawa, ON K1J0E2). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
