He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Cecil and Barbara Emily White; his sisters, Nancy (John), Pink and Barbara (late Vernon); and his brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Jean White; his daughters, Jennifer and Debbie (Shawn); his grandchildren, Emily (Jonathan), Krista (Henry) and Keiran (Grace); and his sister Lois Bennett. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
