She is survived by: her husband Michael McKenna; her children, Emily (Jeff), Claire, Aidan and Rachel; her granddaughter Quinn; her parents, David Reeve and Sheila Reeve; her siblings, Philip (Tara) and Helen (Nick); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Jane (Stephen), Ann, Rosalie (André), Tom (Patty) and Dan (Cathy). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews and their children.

“I am sad to hear the news that Catherine has left us. She was a special person - friendly, smart, thoughtful, pretty, caring, and musically gifted. I met Cathy in church choir in my teens in 1980, and we sang, socialised and went to summer camp together. After I moved away in 2000, we saw less of each other, but I was very happy to be a part of her 40th celebration in 2005. I'm so sorry I didn't get to see her in recent years, and my sincere condolences go out to all her friends and family.”
