It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Elaine Butler (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Winnifred Coulhoun (Andy) and Alvin Brown; and her siblings-in-law, Lucy Jardine, Elmer Jardine, Lawrence and George Butler.

She is survived by: her husband Patrick Raymond Butler; her children, Lori (late Bart Oegema), Leslie (Peter MacPhee), Francine (Benoit Seguin), Patrick Jr. (Sandra Butler) and Charlene (Norm Brunet); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Jamie Carriveau), Lesley-Anne (Bob Bent), Charlene, Joshua Shawn (Brittney MacPhee), Valerie (Ernesto Fernandez), Patrick (Erin Higgins), Joey, Gaberalee (Joe Reid), Jenna (Marek Stanicki), Gabriel, Josie, Tommy, Rory, Kirklin and Jordyn; her sister Phyllis (Art Knox); her stepsiblings, Sharon (Frank Mitton), Barb (Dennis Woodard), Wendy (Hartley Jones), Paula and Robert (Teresa); and her sister-in-law Margaret-Anne Wilson (Jerry). She is also survived by children expanded with grandchildren and grandchildren then with great-grandchildren.
