He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Hazlett and Krystel Desnoyers Hazlett; his grandson Nathan Préseault Hazlett; his sister Linda Sokolowski; his nieces, Angie (Jason S.) and Vanessa Hazlett; and his friends, Ken Shlegle and Ken Payne.
