With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Chapman (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on October 26, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his partner Dan Byrne; his sister Lyn (Ed); and his parents, Fred Chapman and Laura Chapman.

“Sorry to hear this sad news.. My friend Bruce Chapman has passed away. Work with Bruce at the SOC. Bruce was a railway efficianto he had great stories, pictures and knowledge of everything Railroad. Our birthdays are close he called me on mine then a few days later I would call him. If I wanted info about anything CPR or Railroad contact Bruce. Known to many in the rail industry. I will miss him tremendously as many others will as well. God speed my friend. Respect RIP”
