She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurine Laverty (Doxtater) and James Laverty; her brother Jim; her brother-in-law Rick Irwin; and her pet Cassie.
She is survived by: her sister Judi (Irwin); and her nieces, Tracey (Albert Coulis) and Jennifer (Ralph Gethings).
In lieu of flowers donatins can be made to the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice at 110 McCurdy drive in Kanata.
