He is survived by: his spouse Aleida; his children, Aleida C. (Jeff Graves) and Joanna Dikland; and his siblings, Jack (Grace), Coby Roffel (Tony), Tine, Joyce Kuipers (Jake), Bonnie Hollister, Cor (Kathy) and Mieke Dikland (Dennis).
