He was predeceased by: his son Gurvinder Singh; and his grandson Gurmeet Singh. He is survived by: his wife Dalip Kaur Dhillon; his children, Tejinder Singh and Kamlesh Kaur; his grandchildren, Rajinderpal, Gurpal, Tejvanse, Harvinder, Gurpreet, Goldy, Paul and Pinki; and his great grandchildren, Kritmei, Dilpreet, Jivan, Arshdeep and Dilvansh.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pinecreset Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
