She was predeceased by: her husband Murray Lyle Perkins; her parents, Alonzo Hodge and Rachel Hodge; and her brothers, Dick, Dan and Doug Hodge.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Osman (Adry), Laureen Mignault (Jean), Brandon Osman, Aimee Crowe (Richard), Kristina Adam (Tim), Gam Gam of Skylar and Hunter; and her siblings-in-law, Malcolm Perkins and Elaine Wesoloski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
