He is survived by: his wife Antonia Spikker (Ruiter); his children, Ingrid, Michael, Robert, Sharon and Linda; his grandchildren, Darius, Vincent, Rowan, Cassie and Tallulah; his great grandchild Edward; his siblings, Riky and Gerrit; and his sisters-in-law, Joke and Mies.
