He is survived by: his niece Linda Ullyett; his daughters, Sherrill Kelso and Lesley Ullyett; his son-in-law Jacob Allen; his granddaughter Chelsea Kelso; his stepgranddaughter Debbie Allen; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Joshua and Alexandra Lapierre; his brother Dennis Ullyett; his nephew Tom; and his nieces, Cathy, Joan and Nancy.
