She is survived by: her husband Brian; her daughters, Janet Hird, Karen Dion (Michel) and Myra Hird (Christophe Merle); her grandchildren, Mark Dion (Allison Read), Anne Dion, Inis Hird and Eshe Hird; and her great grandchild Ashton.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pinecrest Visitation Center (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
