Barbara Diane Bourne Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Diane Bourne (Ottawa, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 17, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Noel Bourne; her parents, Frederick Cormier (Dewy) and Florence Cormier (MacKay); and her siblings, Ronald and Noel.

She is survived by: her children, Michelle (Rene) and Chris (Sarah); her grandchildren, Lindsay of Paul-Jody, Ashley, Gabrielle, Genevieve, Carl, Eric, Samantha, Kelcy, Remy and Caleb; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Katie, Vanessa, Adrian, Brianna, Emily, Emmett, James, Madison, Faith, Ryker, Nicole, Leo, Lovelyn, Clara, Myah, Nova, Jackson, Mason, Cryus, Abby and Iris; her sisters, Jeanie and Karen; her aunt Diane (G'Ma); and her siblings, Toronto and Diane.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Cornerstone Wesleyan Church (6556 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K0A2T0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at the Kemptville Union Cemetery (111 King St, Kemptville, ON K0G1J0).
