We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2025, at the age of 70, Bala Balanaser (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Bala departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Bala. Though Bala may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Balasingham and Gnanambighai. He is survived by: his siblings, Balakrishner, Balachandrer and Grace; his wife Paule; his children, Joshua (Janet), Morgan and Marielle; and his son-in-law MacNeal.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cole Funeral Services & Pinecrest Cemetery (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C3H9).
