She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Perrins. She is survived by: her children, John, Donna (Chuck) and Rob (Carol); her grandchildren, Patti (Mark), Leighann (Cory), Michelle (Kevin), Cindy (Jason), Bryan and Jason; and her great grandchildren, Chrysler, Rebecca, Hudson, Abby, Michael, Charleigh, Austin, Bentley and Audrey.

Due to COVID restrictions a Private Family Service will be held at 2:00 p. m. on Thursday, February 10, 2022.
