He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Émile Lacelle and Laura DePratto; his wife Valerie "Sally" Rockburn of Ottawa; and his siblings, Emile (late Huguette Bourgeois), Rene (late Patricia Kirkbride), Jeanette (late Jaques Bourgeois), Gerry, Ronnie (late Yvonne Cust), Blanche and Eugene (Susan Leafloor).
