Antonius Adrianus Van Alphen Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Alphen and Maria van Alphen; and his siblings, Eduard and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Daisy; his children, Mia and Zachary of Oakville; and his siblings, Hank (Vicky), John, Lydia (Pat) and Cyndi (Chris). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
