She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred "Fred" Meilleur and Helen Meilleur; her significant other Beth Knox; her siblings, Judy (Marty Sullivan) and Rollie (Cathy Simon-Meilleur); her nephew Marc Meilleur; and her sister-in-law Bev Law.
She is survived by: her siblings, Peter (Pauline McDonald), Kathryn (David Simpkins) and Debra (Cameron Douglas).
She also played a big and passionate role not only in the building of, but also the ongoing status of the Residence Meilleur du Haut Pontiac in Chapeau which was named in honour of her family's many contributions to the life of that community.
