She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregory Sigalas and Ypatia Sigalas; her spouse Photios Kizas; her sister Evangelia (Nitsa); and her brother-in-law Xenophon.
She is survived by: her children, Mary (Pasquale) and John (Fannie); her grandsons, Francesco and Nicolas; her brother Costa (Eleni); her sister-in-law Marion; and her nieces and nephews, Patty (Yves), Helena (Tommaso), Poppy (Terry) and Gregory.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (315 McLeod St, Ottawa, ON K2P1A2). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church (1315 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C1N2).
