It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Ellen Carter (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on September 20, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace and Bertie; and her husband Peter Stanley Carter. She is survived by: her daughters, Sue and Mary.

She worked mostly in retail with a long career at The Bay at Bayshore where she made some wonderful friends who kept getting together for monthly lunches long after their retirement until COVID put an end to that.
