It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Christina Szlazak of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brother Ian Szlazak (Patricia MacDonald); her nephew John Patrick Szlazak; and her parents, Dr. Jan Pawel and Christina Szlazak (Matecz).

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, a private Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Notre Dame Cathedral Basilica, Sussex Drive, Ottawa at 10:00a. m. on Saturday, January 9, 2021.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
